- Support and guidance to both trainees and their Supervisors and Counsellors on their quarterly progress meetings.
- Support and guidance on preparing the final assessment submissions – including samples and templates.
- A review of all final assessment documentation prior to submission for final assessment.
- Guidance on preparing the 10 minute presentation including samples and templates.
- Five days of intensive preparation training for the final assessment interview including presentation skills, technical updates, mandatory competencies, ethics and rules of conduct as well as mock interviews conducted by experienced professionals.
- Training of Supervisors and Counsellors on their role and responsibilities within the overall APC process.
- Continuous support and guidance by phone and email to all trainees, Supervisors, Counsellors and relevant staff on all aspects of the APC.
