Senior Professional Coaching
The Senior Professional route to membership of RICS is designed for professionals from other disciplines working in a senior position within the land, property and construction sectors.
This route is intended for senior people with at least 10 years’ experience and who have either a relevant degree or professional membership of another relevant organisation.
We offer guidance and assistance with completing the application CV in order to ensure that it’s tailored to fit the requirements and criteria of the route.
Once approved we offer:
- Coaching and guidance in the preparation of all relevant final documents.
- Coaching and preparation for the final interview including the preparation of the 10 minute presentation, RICS rules and ethics and the mandatory and technical competencies.
- Training for the assessment interview including presentation skills and mock interviews.
Candidates who are successful through the Senior Professional route to membership can progress to FRICS immediately without having to wait the normal 5 years.
